Sh. Pranat Kumar Joshi

Pranat Joshi is a graduate (B.A. Programme) in History and Philosophy from Hansraj College, University of Delhi. He pursued LL.B. from Law Centre 1, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi after which he practised as an advocate in Delhi District Courts and Delhi High Court. He joined Uttar Pradesh Judicial Service in the year 2017 where he took charge as Judicial Magistrate First Class and an additional charge of Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, District Hardoi, U.P. In the April of 2018 he joined the prestigious Delhi Judicial Service. He has held special court for Negotiable Instruments Act where-after he was appointed as Metropolitan Magistrate, Dwarka North, South-West District, Delhi. He was thereafter appointed as Full-time Secretary, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court followed by appointment as Full-time secretary, New Delhi District Legal Services Authority, Patiala House Courts. He had last served as Member Secretary/Joint Registrar, e-DHCR and SUVAS committee at the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.

Now, Sh. Pranat Kumar Joshi is presently posted as Administrative Civil Judge at North East District, Karkardooma Court w.e.f. 11-02-2026.
